Design Studio

The Design Studio at the LSB is a center of creative, strategic and executional excellence. Our Designers, Writers, Creative Ops specialists and Production Artists create and champion work that connects with our consumers on a human-to-human level. From package design to branded content, brand voice to visual expression and everything in between, we believe in the power of creativity as a competitive advantage to build our business and our brands. Our team is part of the Marketing team and collaborates regularly with E-Commerce, Research, Development & Engineering and many more functions. We also support internal communications with just as much passion as external. After all, brand love starts at home. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We diligently review applications to find candidates with the background and experiences that will make them successful in a career with the LSB.

USE OF GENERATIVE AI

At SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands, we take pride in a fair and transparent recruitment process which at its core is guided by human expertise and insight. We harness technology where appropriate to enhance our talent acquisition process, which may include the use of generative AI functionality. But we do not utilize generative AI in key recruitment stages such as application or resume review, screening, assessment, and final selection. We believe this approach allows us better to understand each candidate’s unique strengths, experiences, and potential and ultimately advances our company goal of fostering an environment of equal opportunity and inclusivity. We do our best to keep the interview process as simple as possible.

In most cases, this means:

Hiring manager chat: We’ll start with a phone interview, where you can tell us about your relevant experience and skills. This is a chance for you to learn about us, too. Think of it as a first step to calculating our chemistry with one another.

Meet the team: During this stage, we’ll open up the conversation to other LSB-ers. You’ll meet with a few cross-functional team members and really dive into your relevant experience, shining successes, important career learnings and unique qualities. This is a chance for us to get to know each other better.

During our interviews, we ask candidates to respond to questions using the STAR method. STAR stands for situation, task, action and result of the situation – please be prepared to discuss each when you respond to interview questions.

We’ll make sure there’s time for you to ask questions you have about the role, the team, future career opportunities and more. In cases where we have to conduct an interview remotely, we’ll be sure to provide an opportunity for you to visit the office location during the process.
